Phillip Richards

John takes a on-nonsense approach to training, providing real-world examples, personal anecdotes and information which is highly beneficial but not necessary for him to impart. John makes the point that his job is to train to a standard, not to deliver a syllabus or provide a set number of hours. The level of understanding of the industry is very high.
